Spikes for mountain bike shoes with M5 thread, originally created for Bontrager GR2 shoes (one of my shoe was missing toe spikes). Second photo is comparison with original (white on the right).
Hardware required:
4x M5x12 or M5x10 screw with countersunk head.
Print instructions
This version is from hard TPU (DevilDesign), print with 85%-100% infill, 5 walls. I also tried Nylon (PA12), but will see if it won't be too hard and slippery.
