I designed this Knob to friction fit over your Key (in my case rectangular, about 24 mm wide and 2,5 mm thick). When permanently inserted into its Lock it lets you use it as a thump turn door lock knob (like the ones you see in public restrooms).

The parametric FreeCAD model includes a test disk that lets you allow to check for fit befor committing to the full print.
