I was playing with OpenSCAD and the Bottle Clip file and made one for myself. This seems to fit regular beer bottles just fine. It snaps on the bottle easily and removes easily, but will not come off on its own.

I printed this at 0.2 with a 0.4 infill. It took about a half an hour to print. I then just used my silver sharpie to highlight the raised letters and pony. I might try paint if the sharpie rubs off. It snaps on the bottle easily and removes easily, but will not come off on its own.
