I've printed in both ABS and ASA. The box fits snug, and with flaps folded its fairly tight. No supports needed, glue on the belt clip afterwards.
I use black ABS cement (for gluing abs pipe together) to solvent weld the belt clip on. Haven't tried glue or other filament types.
