Found this online one day,  but it didn't fit my screen because the button base was too high, modded the design to give it some room.  I cannot find the original author back unfortunately.  It was probably from cult3d.  If that information finds it's way to me, I'll add credits where due of course.  The only mod I made was the cutout for the knob base.

The current holes are too narrow for inserts (M2) to be used properly as melting them in pushes material on the inside,  you need to drill it a bit wider in order to do it properly or mod this design.
