Summary
Hi, sorry I haven't updated recently. School has been busy lately with finals this week. Luckily I had sometime to craft these together. This is supposed to be a sample of some of my future projects of fusing men and machines together. Sorry they are a bit crude, I'm still working on this. These are all german vehicles from M Bergmans packs except for the sdkfz 222 and Bergleopard. All infantry are from Wanye. Leopard is from Pichichus. Sdkfz 222 is from FMWP. Thanks guys.
Print Settings
Printer Brand:
Dremel Digilab
Printer:
3D45
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
0.2
Infill:
5 percent worked for me, but 10 to 15 is good bet.
Filament Material:
PLA
Notes:
I would suggest you print the first layer slow at only 20 mm/s along with reducing print acceleration and initial acceleration at 500 - 1000. Slow is good for smaller more thinner pieces, and allows for durability of them when removing supports. I suggest 35mm/s to 40mm/s. Bergman's settings are also useful. They can be found in his 1-200 and 1-100 tank packs. When removing supports make sure to hold down men, and then cut with scissors and pry with tweezers or screwdriver.
also suggest z axis distance of 0.21 for easy remove.
Can use raft for better results but fine without.
This is 1-100 scale, but can easily be scaled with a simple formula.
initial scale/ wanted scale x 100 = percent of scale to put into slicer or object.
