END CAPS: I used 4 perimeters for the sides and 6 for the top and bottom. You need the pair since they are mirror images

RAIL TOP CAP: 3 perimeters and 5 top and bottom layers - this made the infill 0

The end caps are on a 250mm 20x40 V-Slot instead of the suggested 270mm length. The shorter length comes precut so it saves doing one cut and since the metal overlaps there is no loss of integrtiy. Also, I think it looks neat!
