This is a spool holder Single and Double that uses the original manufacturers upright and collar and sets the filament at 90° to the gantry. Printed in PETG or ABS for strength. (If it works in PLA let me know). Make sure the collar is fitted with its bevel to the outer and the bracket is inside the rear of the upright to prevent it turning.
Also make sure to use 100% infill on the thread parts as shown or it will sheer when you tighten the collar.. ( i have a few failed prototypes to prove it )

Use 100% infil on the threaded part and on part of the block. The collar creats a lot of force when tightened.
