This is a hexagonal base designed to prevent hitting the flasks and thus extend their durability. I designed it for the company where I work. I like to create solutions for my colleagues even though I do not work in the laboratory area.
I used white PLA 0.2 layer height
I used XY compensation at -0.2 in my Ender 5s1 (use the A_B Join Test STL File to compensate for horizontal expansion before printing the base)
You can use a rubber hammer to fit the hexagonal bases together. The reason why the union is so tight is to improve the resistance to weight when joining several bases, since as seen in the photo, we do not have a large counter to store them, and this strong union allows the base to not bend. even when the flask has liquid.
Check your elephant foot offset before printing the entire base. If it is too thick, you will have to sand before joining the hexagons.
