Printing

Mine are printed in PETG, they may warp on super hot days, time will tell. ASA or PA6 might be better long term options. The ones on the bike I am fixing are rusted and cheap and ugly. This seemed like a fun project for a boring work call. 

Printed with 5 walls, 25% infill, Sunlu PETG (Printing 100% infill may be necessary for PETG, my H1 vibrates a lot and had one side break!)

Brim and supports for the clamps printed upright might not be a bad idea. 

If you need a different size let me know but they should work for 36mm just fine on any bike. 10mm bolt clearance for mounting. 

One side of the clamps has more clearance for the mount than others, so if you have too much gap, flip them around.
