Overall height is 25mm, and it fits 18mm outside diameter hoses or pipes.  The screw holes fit most drywall screws with a head diameter of 10mm or less.  You may need to clean up around the edges depending on your printer / print settings.

This is rounded at the top because we're both clumsy and don't want to scratch ourselves when we inevitably bump into them.
