I designed this to fit in my basement casement window to help vent fumes when printing things like ABS. The model is split into 2 parts allowing you to scale the top piece to fit your window size and build plate dimensions. BOM:

• Be Quiet BL040 Pure Wings 2 140mm PWM Case Fan
• Coolerguys 12V Fan Power Supply, Length: 5ft, Input Power: 100-240vAC, Output Power: 12vDC Volts
• 4" dryer vent from your local hardware store (mine was 49c/foot).
• (optional) ducting tape to secure the vent to the coupler.

Assembly:

The fan friction fits into the housing and is powered via an AC adapter. The two vent pieces are glued together.

Notes

I've been using this on my X-Plus and have no issues with it pulling too much heat out of the chamber. The 140mm fan pulls just enough air to reduce backdraft and vent out the window. YMMV!
