My son's scooter grips were gettign sun rotted so we printed up some new ones using 95A TPU. They work great. The fit is very tight (22mm ID) but that is what you want so they don't move anywhere. Also you should be able to scale it just fine to meet your needs as not all hadlebars are 22mm.  I suggest printing one at a time. I used Sunlu 95A tpu and used the Sainsmart profile for me MK3S+ .2 layer height 15% infill no supports required. Printed great.
