I wanted to create an organized, compact station for my Pinecil and 120W PinePower so I could easily move all my soldering equipment around together. The station is designed to hold a tub of flux, brass wool, the 120W PinePower, the Pinecil in the foam piece it came packaged in, the power cord for the PinePower, and a USB-C cable for the Pinecil. There is also a storage cubby under the handle for additional things like extra soldering tips and wick.
The handle doubles as a holder for a hot Pinecil, as you can see in the photos. The PinePower fits snugly as a press-fit and the guide channels on the inner walls will stop it from falling out the back. It is a perfectly tight fit and the same goes for the foam packaging the Pinecil is stored in. The cord rungs are rotatable to make wire retrieval quick and easy.
In my design I tried to reduce the amount of support required and it is best to print the main housing front-side down. The handle, solder spool holder, and cord holder pieces are to be screwed in with M4 flathead bolts. The design requires seven of these.
