This is a 96mm diameter wheel used for robotics / RC vehicle projects.

It is made of two parts :

• the wheel which can be printed using PLA or any other material
• the tire which must be printed using flexible material

The wheel is attached to the motor shaft using an hexagonal coupler which can be easily purchased.

I designed these parts using Onshape software. Design files are available using following links :
