Supports are needed. I haven't had the chance to print this yet but it looks fine in Cura.

Since you want it to be bottom heavy I would suggest a heavier infill or maybe some rubber feet.

There's a space for glasses, earbuds, coins as well as a shelf up top to hold a phone or anything you need at hand.
