I moved the filament spool on my Ender to the front of the printer to make more space. Needed a new guide and designed this one. It uses a standard 608 bearing. To hold the bearing in place I used a random 6-32 bolt, but you could use whatever you have lying around. Print as the model is oriented and no supports are needed.

Need 2 bearing spacers, 1 bearing ring, and one guide.

UPDATE: 
Added a pin and clip to hold the bearing instead of hardware. Print pin with flat side down.
