I wanted to make a screw based toy for my toddler, so instead of printing a classic nut and bolt I went for a chess piece with a hidden screw inside !

No supports required, prints fine at a layer height of 0.20 with PLA. It should print really good with any materials.

The model in the picture was created with a Prusa MK4 and PLA Prusament Marble Grey, using the stock 0.20mm structural profile.
