I liked the Top-Rail tool caddies that people had made, but Nobody seems to have made one that holds just the "Essentials". Not one that held a Glue Stick. Nobody seemed to have put feeler gauge slots (sometimes called "Gap Gauges") on them. I removed the Allen key and wrench slots because I don't use them often enough to warrant "immediate access". The needle is only there to mitigate changes of damage (better there than in a drawer or box).

I included the FreeCAD file in case anyone would like to make their own modifications.
