I created this with 3 round corners (2 x 5mm fillet, 1 x 2mm fillet) and 1 sharp corner.
The wall is 1.5mm thick.
It is 61mm tall.
The first 1mm is for me to experiment with the first layer setting, the subsequent 60mm for the blob test.

Usually the blobs will appear when:
1) The wall perimeter is only consist of 1 outline/ or when the width is less than 4 extrusion width.
2) When it start and stop at a round corner.

Make use the ability of S3D to add processes and print each setting at 5 to 10mm height with the different settings u want to test.

I recommend to start with non-starvation method first:
Retraction Length
Retraction Speed
Wipe Distance
Retraction Vertical Lift.

Then followed by "starvation" method:
Extra Restart Distance
Coasting.
