Increased body cross frame thickness for more strength

Fusion360 file included to adjust size, or just scale it in your slicer. Inner diameter of this model is 15.4mm which fit snug for me.

Print valve body in filament of your choice, print valve diaphragm in flexible filament like TPU. No supports needed

1. Fit diaphragm into the open end of the valve body (top) with the line on the diaphragm facing up

2. Carefully align the line on the diaphragm with the cuts around the top rim

3. Use a small soldering iron to melt the diaphragm to the valve frame using the line as a guide.

The diaphragm should be welded to the frame along this line and move freely on both sides as shown in the second image but remain firmly attached.
