UPDATE: New ‘With Holes’ version that requires no drilling.

Designed a spool holder for 50g PVA samples, but it holds a lot more. 

Prints without supports and one single part.

Drill a small 2mm hole in the inner wall to fasten the filament when winding it up on the spool (see picture).

Can be printed with no top/bottom layers and about 80% triangle infill for pretty good time and weight savings.
