Summary
This is another case design for the W8BH Morse Tutor board based on the ESP32 microcontroller.
There are a few other case designs out there, but this one focused on close-fitting openings for the connectors, and the faceplate snaps on.
There are standoffs for the PCB and the faceplate snaps on. The PCB screw holes are 2mm diameter - use screws intended for plastic. This latest refinement has blended the screw posts into the corners of the walls resulting in a more solid screw post.
This is my updated version that aligns things just a bit better, thanks to some folks that printed the original and provided feedback and suggestions.
I've created a version 3.5 enclosure that has some holes on both sides to allow the sound out better.
You CW will sound crisper, and be about 5WPM faster. :-P
There is also a new faceplate model for Tutors with a 2.8" display. The alignment is as good as before, but for the slightly smaller screen.
