Summary
Didn't like the fact that I needed to get bearings for some of the custom holders. Also, as I want to mount this on the side of the printer (Like so: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4597641) I needed something with a lower profile (shorter).So, I took inspiration from the spool holder of my first 3d printer (DaVinci MiniMaker) which had drop-in wheels secured by a clip. This is the same, having a clip to keep 8 roller wheels in place.
I also designed the holder such its curvature more closely resembles that of the spool (around 50mm diameter instead of 30mm stock). Hopefully this reduces the wobbling of spools as well.
Remixed the lock portion from T_B_A. Uses stock Ender 3 spool lock!
This is shorter than the stock holder! It's meant for spools with maximum width of 75mm.
!!!Roller Bearing V2 has slightly larger axles as I was worried that the V1 axles were too narrow to have the rollers stick out at all. Unfounded worries, V1 still works, barely sticks out. V2 Rollers can still be used for peace of mind.

May want to sand all parts down afterwards. Granted, I had to do this because my PETG settings aren't fully tuned yet:/
