Print with multiple perimeters and 0% filling. Though, you might want to have solid infill on the first few layers. My test print is currently running at:

5 perimeters, solid infill on the first 4 layers, 0% infill.

Everything is based around grid size. I chose 2.54 mm as standard, because prototyping board uses this pitch. Every segment is always made of three holes. The hole size can be anything as long as it doesn't interfere with reality. You can change the height of the plate as well.

Finally, you can add multiple units into one plate.

The final dimensions will be:

X: 14grid
Y: 28grid
Z: height
