Stop block can be added at the back of IKEA Trofast rails to prevent containers hitting the wall. It's enough to use it on one side, simply slide it inside the rail and use M4x25 screw to attach.

When in place, metal containers are slightly recessed, plastic containers are almost flush with the front of the frame.
