This object clips onto a towel and forms a loop, so that the towel can be easily hanged onto a hook. It works well with thicker bath towels (even when wet) or hand towels. 

Tea towels might be too thin. It could also serve as a bag clip, if you have large bags.

The default orientation of the STL should be perfect for printing. Also no supports are needed. The model in the picture was printed in Prusament ASA.
