Most of us seldom use the full height of our machines, and there be monsters there. This object will reveal issues at all layers. I am currently using it to evaluate the impact M5 threaded rod will have on quality. So far, the results have revealed that there is a very specific point near the top where Z-wobble becomes extreme. I was able to trace the cause to an off center coupling. I printed a replacement, and all but eliminated the issue.
