Battery holder for AA (R6) and AAA (R03) batteries. Batteries are easy to take out of the holder and slide in thanks to exposed side and carved bottom side. Batteries are not friction fitted inside nor held by anything in. Designed to stand on desk or in shelf.

Stack-ability possible thanks to holes in bottom for “buttons” on positive electrodes of batteries below.

I provided Step files so you can adapt models to other “barrel” sizes batteries.

I might add a version for 18650 cells.

Printing

No special instructions to print. 

It is possible to print it in Vase mode and I would recommend it for better finish. Just make sure bottom layer count results in at least 1mm thick bottom. I bumped up perimeters width a bit, but it should be OK to print in 0.45mm perimeter width. Perimeters touch at the top for the holder to be sturdy even if printed in vase mode with default settings. Also fuzzy skin can be used to be more grippy and sturdy.
