Background
I have a great patch that I got from 30 Seconds Out with the quote, “no one is coming, it's up to us” on it.  In fact, I like it enough that I have two of them, however being Velcro backed, I am limited on where I can place them.  Initially I was making this as a large blank which I was going to glue some Velcro to so I could attach my patch, however while looking for my Velcro, I figured I might as well just print the slogan right on it, so I made these.

I made three different versions, so go with whatever one you like.  I made the painted 3mf with the Bambu slicer for my P1S with AMS to handle the color changes, otherwise if you don't have an AMS, you can just add a couple of pauses so you can switch to white, then back to black (or between whatever colors you choose.)

Models
I made three simple designs, one of which attempts to mimic a sewn on patch.  For the MOLLE part itself, I tried to keep the model a bit thinner, with a slightly wider opening on the ends so that it wouldn't put undue stress on whatever webbing it is attached to.

1. Plain- Black lettering on a large white rectangle with a black base.
2. Transition- Black lettering on a white rectangle with a stepped edge and a black base.
3. Stitches- Black lettering on a white rectangle with rounded corners and faux stitching on a black base.

Material
I printed them in PETG as it offers good UV resistance, as well as a bit of flexibility when compared to PLA. 

Print Settings
To ensure nice crisp text I used a 0.08 layer height, as well as top surface rectilinear ironing for a smooth finish.  I used a 15% gyroid infill for both speed and the resulting structure it provides, which combined with PETG make for a just slightly flexible model that you can work onto even the tightest MOLLE webbing.

Final Remarks
Personally, I don't entirely like the plain model, but I put it here in case anyone wants to wipe the text and use that plate for other text/images/etc.

Also, it might be worth tinkering with the settings for the stitches model as the ironing on the one I did came out weird, and it was a little “dirty” presumably from the black stiches transition. 

Anyway, in the end I think they came out pretty cool, and now it lets me add one of my favorite phrases I throw around in jest to just about anything with MOLLE webbing.  I hope you enjoy them too. :)

update:
I tried reprinting a couple with stitches on the same plate and one (the top one) came out perfect, while the second showed some weird ironing defects. So idk what the cause is. 🤷♂
