The 2 parts print separately: 

• Print the body on it's side 
• Print the screw with it's handle down

Due to fusion360 quirkiness, you might need to refresh the screw threads in the timeline after you change it's diameter. You might also need to redo the face offsets and fillets of the said screw to allow for a better fit, see (from around 10:00):
