PS, Be sure the that you have the otterbox on the phone for the mount to work.

Print the mount and the clip at 2-3 shells and 20%-30% infill. For the U-Joint parts print at 3 shells 80% for strength. Use 3mm normal heads with everything but the U-Joint connections and use tapered heads for them... I added some double sides foam tape to absorb some of the shock on the frame. Just leave one side of the tape on so that it doesnt perma-stick...
