Summary

This is my modification of the SP0NZ Control Horn. I reduced the weight from ~0.64 grams per horn to ~0.37g by decreasing the length slightly and reducing thickness from 2mm down to 1.75mm. Pictures show the difference in size and weight from the original SP0NZ Control Horn, using the same print settings. The control horn is still strong enough for most flight control surfaces.

Additionally, I beveled the portion of the horn that goes into the foam to give it an edge to cut into the foam when positioning, and I also shaved 1mm from the bottom surface so as to not get too close to the other side of regular 5mm thick foamboard. Holes are still sized for the standard 0.039" pushrods.
