I changed over from my bearing style guide to this guide that uses a spare PTFE coupler and small length of tube. This makes the bend a lot easier on the filament with less chance of snapping.

It's a small part, pick a high resolution and up the wall count to at least 4. You could even make it solid if you want, it doesn't take much filament.
