Summary
First attempt on designing a functional tablet based on the raspberrypi 2 model B, the official raspberrypi 7" display and the official raspberrypi camera.
based on MCM Electronic's Raspberry Pi Tablet shell
this is a work in progress at early stages - i didn't choose yet the battery system, for example.
UPDATE Nov. 16th 2015
- Managed to do a test print and found several measurements to be fixed.

Assembly
you will need 4 15mm M3 cap-head screws to join the 2 pieces, then hot-glue or similar for the display frame and the camera
How I Designed This
Blender
I attach the blender source wich has all the port models ready for boolean differences (red parts) and boolean union (green parts) to be applied so everyone can choose wich port expose with the case. Please note that the measure unit in the blend project is set in meters, but when imported in slicing softwares it appears to be in millimeters (the right scale)
Custom Section
What i still need to do
- chose and fit in the projet a proper battery setup: battery, controller and a breakout to expose a DC connector from the frame
- design a lid to easily access the micro-sdcard
- proper screw-based fitting for the camera
