Waveshare 4.2" ePaper display stand. It can be used as a wall frame as well if the stand isn't attached. The display can be mounted directly to the frame with M3 screws that shipped with the display.

The display frame has a slot for ESP8266 Wemos D1 Mini with USB port cutout, there is also a hole for external power wire at the back of the frame.

You might need to apply some adhesives to 3d-printed parts joints, and also put some counterweight on the base to make it harder to tip over. This is my very first time designing 3D things, so it’s not perfect yet.
