This is a spacer for a Petsafe microchip cat door (model PPA19-16145) to allow a more polished looking installation in materials that are thinner than a standard door. Not very much structure is required, but a full width version is also included. Thickness is 2" (50.8 mm) but it should be easy to alter in your slicer or with a modeler (STEP format files are included). Smaller printers may also require it be cut into multiple pieces to fit.

Example of possible use is included: private cat feeding enclosure made from a large storage bin to keep other cats from stealing food.

I had good luck printing the thinner model with two perimeters and an infill of five percent.
