Summary
Model rocket stands are a dime a dozen, they're very simple, essentially hold a 13/18/24/29mm tube to slide your rocket on for vertical display/storage.
My favorite type of engine retainer is the screw on type (like this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4058299 )
The problem being, what to do with the cap when you utilize one of these display stands? If you have a properly sized stand to match your motor perfectly, the retainer must either sit off to the side or must be placed inside the body tube until its time to use it. If you use a smaller display stand, the rocket will wobble back and fourth.
So i decided to add threads underneath the display stand so you can easily keep track of your screw on retainer mounts which i think makes these pretty unique.
I've made 3 sizes to choose from, 18mm, 24mm and 29mm motors and i've also included 2 different legs. One set which is at a 45º angle, and the other sits lower and a bit wider at 60º. Either leg will fit any of the engine sizes stands above and it will still fit the retainer screw version no problem.
I've tested Hollowing (as you can see the drain holes in the grey prints) and printing solid. Going forward i will be hollowing out the hub portion and printing the legs solid. Also, the grey is using the 45º legs, and the black print was using the 60º and i showed the 24mm version so you can see that there is clearance for the motor mount underneath it. Also this one wasn't threaded all the way up tight.

The display stands will print directly on the build plate without supports, as will all the legs. The only time you will likely need supports is for the retainer versions. I've been printing these slightly rotated off of vertical so only one side of the threads have supports on them. You can print vertical but the flat overhangs above the threading will be the tricky part.
