Summary
I stumbled into this remix when I decided that I wanted a simpler fan mount that already had the BLTouch mount so I didn't have to fiddle with a separate bracket when mounting things up. Having clearance for my direct drive is a big plus as well as having easy access to the hot end in the event I needed to change the nozzle or clean the heatblock. The original Satsana was a little ridiculous with sizing and access.
I printed the V2 version and realized the mounting points were slightly different for my Pro, so I ran it through tinkercad and added a hole a little further down to accomodate the E3Pro mounting point.
I Suggest turning on supports and print it laying on the mounting surface. Use support blocking to avoid supports on the internal vent portions and the screw holes
The inner mount point needs the hot end cooling fan to be off in order to get an allen wrench in to tighten it. You might be able to sneak the wrench in from the side vent but I haven't tried it.
Works with stock fan sizes and you will probably need to use 30-50% cooling on the print cooling fan even if you prefer to run 0 cooling on petg prints to keep the vent tube a bit cooler because the right one sits fairly close to the heat block.
Updated V1.2 file shortens the right side cooling vent to increase distance away from the heat block. This version got a few critical comments for the cooling vents not pointing properly at the hotend.
Updated V1.6 restores the right side cooling vent length and adds vertical adjustability of about 6mm and raises the BLTouch about 3mm. At this point the model should be considered for Ender 3 Pro Only. While it may fit a V2, I have not tried these mods on the V2 so things likely won't line up. The original should still work on the V2. At the full lowest verticle adjustment, I was getting some interference with prints getting ripped off the build plate, but moving the whole thing up just a hair solved it.
