Summary
This is a remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3064275 where MGN12 adapters are fastened using two bolts.
Drill guide - use 5.5mm drill.
As new endstop I used: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3721569 (as of today the thing no longer exists I've uploaded the Y endstop STL here).
