Print the main body on its back, with supports on the overhang where the watch slides in. You can add more supports if necessary. Both arms are identical so just print two of them. Since they are so small, you may want to print the arms at a higher resolution.

Designed and rendered in Fusion 360. I had seen several BMO projects, but noticed no one had made one for the Apple Watch. So I made one as a fun project :)
