This is an iphone 5s holster with a big clip attached to it. It's designed to hold an iphone w/ one of those super common cases that are all over thingiverse. For an example case, I've included the one I designed the holster around: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:55366

It uses a regular bulldog clip to provide the springiness for the big clip and needs 4 M3x16 screws to hold everything together. The walls have a couple bumps at the top that will keep the phone from falling out if you tip it upside down. The bumps also make it so you can feel when the phone is 'locked' in.

The phone can be put in any orientation. You can put it face-in to protect the glass and the camera or put it in face-out to use it as a mini stand to read. Or you can have it face-out standing up to do a facetime chat.

For the clips, I suggest printing them on their side and using 100% infill and supports. If you don't print with 100% infill, they tend to break after a while.

Parts required:

• 1 approx 30mm wide bulldog clip
• 4 M3x16 screws
• 4 M3 nuts
• 1 M4x50 screw
• 1 M4 nylock nut

Print both halves of the big clip, put them together so the holes line up, then slide the bulldog clip in sideways. Once the bulldog clip is in, it should be springy.

Next, line up the holes on the big clip with the holes on the back of the holster. Slide in the M4 screw and use the nylock nut to hold everything together.

Once you have the back assembled, sandwich the walls between the cap and the back and screw it all together with the M3 screws.

I designed the whole thing in FreeCAD v0.17. If you want to modify the files, feel free, they're licensed under CC-SA. Make sure you use the correct version of FreeCAD though; version 0.17 bleeding edge and is very different from version 0.16.
