Print with 100% infill.

Print plain spool part with or without raft (may be difficult to separate raft - but may warp without a raft).

OR

Print spool part that has brim WITHOUT raft and cut off brim with scissors (brim is intended to prevent warping).

Finish rough edges and "pinch" points in center with an emory board.
