Summary
Adapter to attach an all metal E3Dv6 hotend to the Overlord 3D printer.
See instructions tab for more details.
Instructions
Very easy to print, but very hard to get dimensions right.
I am providing it more as an example than as a useful print, since I really doubt it will fit nicely your printer without having to tune dimensions first.
That is why I am also providing the 3D model on the files tab. It is designed using Fusion360 (it's free for hobby or small business!), but should be editable by other CAD software as well.
So I recommend you print it once, check how it fits, decide changes and edit CAD in order to print again. (Maybe you can make it work just using slicer scale tool, but I doubt it).
Make sure it fits very tight both the hotend and the effector plate. You should be able to move printing head grabbing from the hotend by hand (when it is cold!) and nor the hotend nor the plastic piece should move respect to the effector plate.
Print two pieces in ABS in order to support high temperatures and fit them together.
I printed mine at 40mm/s, 20% infill, 0.2 mm layer heigth and NO supports needed.
