I came up with this simple mount for a EZstruder cold end with Kysan NEMA 17 stepper. Designed with my OpenBeam Mini Kossel in mind, it could be used with just about any extrusion. The EZstruder bolts to the arm of the mount with M3 screws, which are also used to attach the mount to the printer. The stepper itself is attached only to the EZstruder, so I also added a tab/shelf to support the bottom of the stepper.

I printed the part on a MakerBot Dual in ABS with three shells and 20% infill. In use, I've noticed a small amount of flex in the mount when my deltas effector platform is furthest from the extruder. Printing with a higher amount of infill may eliminate this problem, but I solved it by removing the cable ties I had on the Bowden tube that were close to the mount.
