This file includes the z-axis replacement parts with a spacer for propper installation of the z-axis linear slides.

This thing reduce the number of necessary screws (especially under the board) and make the adjustment of the z-axis much easier.

hope you will get rid of your problems with the z-axis and wobbling.

Installation:

• Just print the 3 parts in 100% scale, remove the top and the bottom original parts for the z-axis linear slides and motor mount.
• Insert the bottom part of the z-axis replacement first and guide the linear slides inside the holes propperly.
• place the spacer above the bottom part and install the 4 screws for the stepper motor (not tight / slack)
• install the top part now (not tight either)
• Take a ruler and measure the correct placement for the two parts (center between the 2 sides of the frame)
• Start your printer and use the Jog Mode to drive the z-axis bed to the bottom (your stepper motor will center intself. move the printer bed up-again
• thighten all screws
