Layer Height: 0.16–0.20 mm
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Infill: 10–15% (Gyroid or Cubic)
Walls: 3–4 perimeters
Top/Bottom: 5–6 layers
Orientation
Legs: Vertical, soles of feet on the surface
Torso: Back on the surface or slightly inclined
Arms: Angled at 30–45°
Head: Tilt back to reduce facial support
Supports
Type: Tree supports (if available)
Density: 10–15%
Support Interface: Active
Build Plate Adhesion
Brim: 5–8 mm Recommended
Build Bed Temperature:
PLA: 55–60°C
PETG: 70–80°C
3. Resin Printing (SLA / MSLA)
Recommended Resin
Standard gray or beige for maximum detail
For structural parts: ABS-like resin
Suggested Settings
Layer Height: 0.03–0.05 mm
Exposure Time: Depending on your resin
Bottom Layers: 4–6
Orientation
All parts tilted 30–45°
Avoid large surfaces parallel to the build bed
Horns and fine details: Always tilted
Supports
Type: Medium + Light
Contact Tip: 0.3–0.4 mm
Add extra supports on:
Hands
Horns
Knee edges
Hollowing (recommended)
Wall Thickness: 2–3 mm
Drain Holes: 2–3 mm, at least 2 per piece
4. Post-processing
FDM
Remove supports with pliers
Sanding: 180 → 400 → 800 grit
Recommended spray primer
Resin
IPA wash: 2–5 minutes
Dry completely
UV cure: 3–5 minutes per side
Light sanding if necessary
