Print with at least 25% infill and add a couple extra walls so it's nice and stiff. I used ABS for mine because I like my gear to last, but PLA will probably also work. My pump didn't come with an attachment that fit the tensor all that well, but this one friction fits to the pump and snaps in nicely to the pad so you don't have to sit there and hold it.
