I pulled this Sheogorath statue mesh directly out of Oblivion's .bsa mesh file and then used nifscope to open the .nif mesh file Bethesda uses. After converting the .nif to .obj I then used MeshMixer to fix mesh issues and close any holes in the mesh. The model had way to many polygons for Thingiverse so I had to use Fusion 360's mesh tools to re-mesh the model. This is a direct port and I only had to remodel the shirt ties.

I might later add a version with him on his statue stand.

I'd use a better model but Skyrim doesn't have a Sheogorath statue sadly
