I found the other models hard to slice witch non constant wall thickness. So i redesigned the Box with constant walls in mind. Uploaded the parametric FreeCAD model with all parameters in basesketch

Currently i'm using 1.55mm walls - perfect for 4 walls of 0.4mm nozzle - perfect skin and no idle moves ... at least with cura 4
